Hamilton-Auckland Airport private hire option is an exclusive service which is direct and nonstop transfer between Hamilton & Auckland Airport. This is ideal if you are looking for more space and comforts for you and your family.
Bookings are essential, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any disappointment. You can request for booking or quote. However, the booking will be confirmed as per availability. Please be advised that all inquiry will be answered within 24 hours. If your inquiry is urgent or you are travelling within 48 hours, it is recommended to contact us directly.
Your pick up time (Subject to availability) will be based on your flight departure time and will allow 3 hours check in time for international departures. We do not have any set time for departire from Hamilton or nearby area. You can request for pick up time. However, this will be confirmed as per availability. If you haven’t booked with us, please contact us on our free phone 0800 777 826 to book your shuttle or you can check with our drivers on duty. However, last minute bookings are subject to availability.
Rates include 15% GST and are in New Zealand dollars.
A 20% aditional charge applies to all fares on New Zealand public holidays. We will advise you at the time of booking.
Payment can be done at the time of travel by Eftpos, Credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit or Master card). A 3.5 % credit card surchage apply to all credit card transactions. Payment can be done in advance by bank transfer or through credit card.
As per New Zealand Law, Children, infants and babies can only travel if you have a suitable child seat or if one has been requested from us. Booster seats for children are included in price. Baby and Infant seats may be hired for additional $10.00 each way. Booster or infant seats must be reserved in advance.
Oversize items will only be accepted if pre-booked, the charge for such items is $15.00 (Includes 15% GST).
You may have to wait at the airport for up to 90 minutes after meeting your driver for other passengers. This applies to flights arriving on schedule. Flights that arrive early or late are out of our control. For flight arriving between 1am and 4am you may be required to wait longer, but we will let you know when you make your booking. Alternatively, you can opt for Private Hire transfer.
Passengers are advised to meet the shuttle driver as soon as possible, any delays beyond 45 minutes from the flights arrival time must be advised to the office on 0800 777 826 immidiately. Failure to do so could mean your shuttle will leave without you and you will have to wait for the next one (Subject to availability).
Rates quoted are for addresses within 10 kilometers from city centre. If your address is beyond this then Supervan Shuttle reserve the right to charge an additional $2.00 per kilomoter.
Supervan Shuttle reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Existing bookings already made will be honoured at the original price at the time of booking.For groups of more than 8 persons please contact us for a quotation.

Diffrent airlines often request different check in times, so please confirm this at the time of booking. A 3 hour check in prior to scheduled departure is recommended for all international flights, however you can request a shorter check in time while booking. Business Class flights and Domestic departures allow much shorter check in times. We will put our best effort to get you to the airport as close to your requested time.
When you book with us, we will send you a confirmation email along with approximate pickup time from your home address. The exact pick up time will be confirmed to you one day prior to travel.
If you are booked for shared ride transfer, you may be required to arrive at the airport a little earlier than your preferred check in time, as we have to consider other passengers's needs as well, who will be traveling on the same shuttle. Alternatively, you can book for private hire to avoid any waiting time.
If your shuttle is booked from Auckland International Airport to Hamilton, please see us at the pre-booked transport desk in terminal and to your left when you exit the secure customs area. Alternatively, you can call us on the driver’s number provided at the time of booking.
On your return from an airport our shuttle drivers may also be waiting for other passenegres arriving through diffrent flights, so please be advised that you are patient while we wait for these passengers. However, we always try to reduce any waiting time as much as possible. If you wish to have direct service and avoid any waiting times at the airport refer to our private hire option. Our driver in Auckland International Airport will wait for you at at the ‘Pre booked transport’ stand with your name. The at the ‘Pre booked transport’ stand will be on your left once you leave the customs hall inside the terminal.
