Supervan, a New Zealand registered shuttle company, is based in Hamilton in Waikato region. Owned & operated by Supervan Limited (Trading as Supervan), it was incorporated in January 2016 in Hamilton. Supervan plays a unique role in the travel and passenger transport field in Waikato and Auckland region. All our vehicles are near new, licensed, insured and do have enough leg rooms making it more comfortable to travel with. All our vans are equipped with Eftpos facility and a trailer behind to store your bags when you are booked for shuttle. One checked baggage and 1 carry on bags are included in your price. Extra charges may apply for additional bags you are travelling with. However, we will discuss with you about any particular requirement during your travel.
If you are booked for airport transfer, Supervan driver will pick you or drop you off at your door step, whether it is a hotel, home, airport or your office. You can rely on our drivers, who are well experienced, controlled and insured. All of them are very friendly and will help you with your baggage even inside the terminal. The total distance from Hamilton to Auckland Airport is 113 kilometres and travel time is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. However, during heavy traffic this goes up to 2-3 hours. So if you are travelling to airport, it is recommended to start early to avoid the hassle. Diffrent airlines often request different check in times, so please confirm this at the time of booking. A 3 hour check in prior to scheduled departure is recommended for all international flights, however you can request a shorter check in time while booking. Business Class flights and Domestic departures allow much shorter check in times. We will put our best effort to get you to the airport as close to your requested time.
If you are booked for shared ride transfer, you may be required to arrive at the airport a little earlier than your preferred check in time, as we have to consider other passengers's needs as well, who will be traveling on the same shuttle. Alternatively, you can book for private hire to avoid any waiting time.
If your shuttle is booked from Auckland International Airport to Hamilton, please see us at the pre-booked transport desk in terminal and to your left when you exit the secure customs area. Alternatively, you can call us on the driver’s number provided at the time of booking.
Bookings are essential, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any disappointment. Your pick up time will be based on your flight departure time and will allow 3 hours check in time for international departures.
