When you book shared ride with Supervan Shuttle, you will be grouped with other passengers travelling in the same direction, within the same timeframe. Depending on time of day, seasonality, and number of travellers, your shuttle may make a few stops along the way to pick up, or drop off, fellow passengers.

Bookings are essential, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any disappointment. You can request for booking or quote. However, the booking will be confirmed as per availability. Please be advised that all inquiry will be answered within 24 hours. If your inquiry is urgent or you are travelling within 48 hours, it is recommended to contact us directly.

Pick up time Information

When you book with us, we will send you a confirmation email along with approximate pickup time from your home address. This will be confirmed to you one day prior to travel.

When you make a booking with us in advance, we will only be able to give you an indicative time for collection when going to the airport. This is because until the day before the transfer we often don’t know how many persons and from which collection points they will be traveling.

Where to find us at Airport?

If your shuttle is booked from Auckland International Airport to Hamilton, please see us at the pre-booked transport area in international arrivals and to your left when you exit the secure customs area. Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 777 826 for any assistance.

Important Notes

The Quoted fare doesn't include any travel insurance. All passengers are recommended to organise their travel insurance themselve.Supervan Shuttle does not guarantee the arrival time at the airport. In general traffic, the travel time frame between Hamilton & Auckland airport is 1.5 hours to 2 hours. However, this time frame can be longer (2 - 3 hours) in heavy traffic. The shuttle van may stop on the way to pick up/ drop off any passengers or/and for other reasons such as (but not limited to) toilets, fueling if needed.All travellers are recommended to plan their travel well keeping enough time in hand to reach the airport comfortably.Supervan shuttle doesn't take any responsibility for any loss if it can't make it on time.

The Booking Information

Rates include GST of 15% and are given in New Zealand dollars. A 20% surcharge applies to adult and child fares on New Zealand Statutory holidays, this will be advised on your booking confirmation.

Subject to availability

Your pickup time (Subject to availability) will be based on your flight departure time and will allow 3 hours check in time for international departures. We do not have any set time for departure from Hamilton or nearby area. You can request for pick up time. However, this will be confirmed as per availability.
